Communication cavity parts are machined with square solid material, CNC machining of laser machine vibrator housing parts takes 35 minutes, which wastes material and the machining cost is beyond the customer's acceptance, then they found FULFIL. In order to reduce the cost, our engineers used cold forging, the machining time was reduced to 12 minutes, and the cost was reduced by 60%.

Cold forged products are heat-treated to T6 and then CNC-machined according to customer drawings.

According to the processing method above, we did the material that the customer requested. During the evaluation process, our engineers also considered to produce it by die-casting process, but the die-casting material is ADC12, which can't meet the customer's requirement, and the strength is lower than the customer's AL6061. because of this reason we denied the idea.
